The appointment page loads the Palo Orthopedics Clickcase scheduling integration for visual and technical review. Reviewers should not enter or submit real personal or medical information. The separate contact-form controls remain disabled, and this preview does not activate site analytics or production chat.
Information a future site may handle
The scheduling service may process the information a person chooses to enter in an appointment request. The final policy must identify the actual categories collected, the reason for each use, the parties that receive them, retention practices, and whether any information is treated as protected health information.
Forms and third-party services
The appointment page loads a form operated by Clickcase. Its behavior, security, access controls, encryption, notification routing, deletion process, and business associate agreement where one is required must be confirmed by the practice and vendor. The final production policy must accurately describe this and any other material third-party services.
Production requirements
Before launch, the practice must approve the scheduling workflow, consent and privacy language, cookie and analytics behavior, call tracking, data routing, retention, security, business associate agreements where applicable, and incident ownership. The final public hostname must also be approved for the scheduling integration and tested end to end.
Retention and individual choices
The live policy must explain how long website-submitted information is kept, which requests a person may make about it, how identity is verified, and which legal or clinical recordkeeping duties may limit deletion. No retention period or privacy-request workflow is represented as approved in this preview.
Security and emergencies
No website can guarantee absolute security. Sensitive information should be shared only through practice-approved channels. Website messages are not continuously monitored and must never be used for urgent or emergency care.
Email and phone
Ordinary email may not be an appropriate place for private health information. Patients should use an approved secure channel and should call emergency services for emergencies.
